Set aside 10-15 minutes to complete your application, which contains questions related to your background and professional goals. The application is free, and we will process it immediately. 

Step 2: Talk to admissions

After you submit your application, our admissions team will follow up with a phone call to review your application and answer any questions you have. 

Step 3: Take the technical skills survey 

Next, we’ll send a skills survey to figure out what you already know, so you’re set up for success from the beginning. If you’re new to the field, don’t worry — we’ve got a plan for everyone.

Step 4: Reserve your spot

When you pass the survey, we will send you a registration link. Choose the start date and payment plan that works for you! Then get ready to transform your career.

Please note that spots in Springboard bootcamps are limited, and we accept candidates on a rolling basis.

The Data Science Career Track will train you for data science or technical data analyst roles where you will build machine learning models to predict business outcomes.

The Data Analytics Career Track will train you for data analyst roles where you will crunch numbers and generate visualizations using tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau.

The Machine Learning Engineering Career Track will train you for machine learning engineer roles, where you will take a machine learning model and deploy it into production.

Through this data science course, you can graduate as a data science professional in as little as 6 months by working approximately 20-25 hours a week. If you are highly proficient in Python and statistics, are ready to devote more time per week to completing the curriculum materials, and are driven and disciplined with managing your study schedule, you could complete the program in less time.

There are conditions that graduates must meet in order to be eligible for the Springboard Job Guarantee. We are transparent about these because we want you to be a success. We have your back and ask for an equal commitment from you. In order to be eligible for the Springboard Job Guarantee, you must:

• be 18 years or older

• hold a Bachelor’s degree from any educational institution in any subject, which is still a requirement by most employers for these roles

• be proficient in spoken and written English, as determined by initial interactions with our Admissions team

• be eligible to legally work in the United States, or in Canada if applying for positions in Toronto, for at least 2 years following graduation from the Career Track

• be able to pass any background checks associated with jobs that you apply for

• apply to positions, dedicate sufficient time and effort, and follow the job search process recommended to you by our career coaches

If you enroll but do not qualify for the job guarantee, you will still receive access to the full course curriculum, including career modules and 1:1 career coaching.

There are several payment options (all of which come with the Springboard Job Guarantee as long as you meet eligibility requirements), so you can fund your future however suits you best.

• Discounted upfront payment: You pay $10,900 upfront 

• Month-to-month: You pay $2,150 per month while you are enrolled in the program. If you take 6 months to graduate, your total payment is $12,900. If you graduate sooner, you pay less!

Yes, you can finance your tuition with a loan. If approved, you can start by paying as little as $69 - $214 per month. Learn about the application process on Climb Credit's website. Only available for U.S. residents.

We also have a deferred tuition payment plan. With this payment plan, you can pay an initial upfront deposit ($700) and then not pay anything else until you start a job. After starting a new job, you will make monthly payments of ~ $528 over 36 months. Only available for U.S. citizens/permanent residents.

Yes! Once you successfully complete the course and all the projects, you will receive a signed certificate of completion. 

Thousands of Springboard graduates have used their data science certificate to demonstrate their skills to potential employers and to their LinkedIn network. In fact, we have an integration with LinkedIn, so you can display a verified certificate on your profile.

Absolutely. Data science bootcamps offer a comprehensive and efficient way to learn the skills you need to become a data scientist. Yes, you can. While a traditional four-year degree in data science or a related field can be helpful, it is not a prerequisite for becoming a data scientist. Many successful data scientists have gained the necessary skills and knowledge through bootcamps and other intensive programs. In fact, according to a survey by Kaggle, around 30% of data scientists in the industry today have a degree in a non-computing field.

Coding is an essential component of data science. However, the amount of coding required can vary depending on the specific job or project. In Springboard's data science bootcamp, you'll learn to code in Python, one of the most popular programming languages used in data science. You'll also gain hands-on experience working with real-world datasets and building machine learning models, all of which require coding skills.

The time it takes to learn data science depends on several factors, including your prior experience with coding and statistics, as well as the intensity and duration of your training. In Springboard's data science bootcamp, you can complete the program in as little as six months if you dedicate approximately 20-25 hours a week to studying. However, our flexible program allows you to complete the curriculum faster if you can dedicate more time.
