The program is available to full-time and part-time hourly employees that have been with Amazon for at least 90 days. You must be actively employed to receive annual education funds. This program is available only in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Texas, Utah, Washington, Washington DC.

The entire reimbursement process will occur within your Amazon Career Choice portal.

The full course tuition is covered by Amazon for full-time employees. There will be no cost to full-time employees.

Part-time employees will have half of the tuition covered by Amazon and will be required to pay the remainder.

Those with other payment amounts can choose to apply their remaining Amazon budget to the program cost, and pay the remainder.

There are four steps to enrolling in the program:

1. Start by submitting an application to the Career Program

2. Complete the technical skills survey emailed to you

3. If accepted, you will book a call with the Springboard admissions team to discuss your goals for the program and preferred start date.

4. An enrollment link will be emailed to you from Springboard, where you can sign up and create your course profile
