Springboard has launched the Career Reboot Scholarship to support the tech community in the face of widespread layoffs. We want to help you turn adversity into opportunity — which is why we are pledging up to $1M in scholarships for those impacted by the layoffs.
Upskill, reskill, and stand out in your new career
At Springboard, our mission is to help students create meaningful, long-lasting careers. This scholarship will provide recently unemployed tech professionals with $1,000 to go towards one of our eligible Career Track programs, including Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, UI/UX Design, UX Design, Cybersecurity, and Tech Sales.

We know that with the right tools and support, those impacted by these layoffs have a chance to invest in themselves, build new skills and get the support they need to transition to the jobs they’ve always wanted.
Who is eligible for the Career Reboot Scholarship?
To qualify for the $1,000 Career Reboot Scholarship, you must meet the criteria listed below. This scholarship cannot be stacked with other Springboard scholarships.
Proof of prior full-time employment at a US-headquartered technology company listed on https://layoffs.fyi
Proof of employment termination after September 1, 2022. Termination letter and email required.
Have submitted an application to a Springboard Career Track. The application form will ask your eligibility for this scholarship.
If you are accepted into the program, an admissions team member will reach out for your documentation.
