Step 2: Talk to admissions

After you submit your application, our admissions team will follow up with a phone call to review your application and answer any questions you have. 

Step 3: Take the technical skills survey 

Next, we’ll send a skills survey to figure out what you already know, so you’re set up for success from the beginning. If you’re new to the field, don’t worry — we’ve got a plan for everyone.

Step 4: Reserve your spot

When you pass the survey, we will send you a registration link. Choose the start date and payment plan that works for you! Then get ready to transform your career.

Springboard has partnered with CompTIA, the world's leading cybersecurity association. You’ll graduate with a CompTIA Security+ Certification, which is chosen by more corporations and defense organizations to validate security skills than any other. Additionally, the Springboard bootcamp will provide you with a portfolio of real-world projects and practical experience, which can be just as valuable as formal certifications when it comes to landing a job in cybersecurity.

Throughout the program, you’ll be surrounded by support from:

• Your mentor: A professional cybersecurity expert who will provide regular 1-on-1 guidance and accountability in 30-minute video calls at a time that works for your busy schedule

• Your career coach: Help with resume reviews, mock interviews, job search strategy and more

• Student advisor: There to answer questions, discuss goals, and provide tips and support on any aspect of the program

We expect you to land a cybersecurity job within six months of course graduation.

In the final module of the course, you’ll focus on career components and work  1:1 with your career coach to: 

• Create a successful job search strategy, 

• Build your network

• Craft a cybersecurity resume and LinkedIn profile

• Practice mock technical and behavioral interviews

• Debrief after actual job interviews

• Negotiate your salary. 

And you’ll have access to career support services after completing the program.

There are conditions that graduates must meet in order to be eligible for the Springboard Job Guarantee. We are transparent about these because we want you to be a success.We have your back and ask for an equal commitment from you. In order to be eligible for the Springboard Job Guarantee, you must: 

• Be 18 years or older

• Be proficient in spoken and written English, as determined by initial interactions with our admissions team

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree from any accredited educational institution in any subject by the date you are approved for completing the Career Track; OR have at least one year of relevant work experience in computer science, IT, or one of the security domains; OR have at least one year of military experience in a military job code that is related to a security domain

• You must successfully pass the CompTIA Security+ certification exam upon course completion

• Be eligible to legally work in the United States (or Canada if applying for positions in Toronto, Montreal, or Vancouver) for at least 2 years following graduation from the program.

• Be able to pass any background checks associated with jobs that you apply for

• Apply to positions, dedicate sufficient time and effort, and follow the job search process recommended to you by our career coaches

There are several payment options (all of which come with the Springboard Job Guarantee as long as you meet eligibility requirements), so you can fund your future however suits you best. 

• Discounted upfront payment: You pay $9,900 upfront 

• Month-to-month: You pay $1,890 per month while you are enrolled in the program. If you take 6 months to graduate, your total payment is $11,340. If you graduate sooner, you pay less!

Yes, you can finance your tuition with a loan. If approved, you can start by paying as little as $59 - $181 per month. Learn about the application process on Climb Credit's website. Only available for U.S. residents.

We also have a deferred tuition payment plan. With this payment plan, you can pay an initial upfront deposit ($700) and then not pay anything else until you start a job. After starting a new job, you will make monthly payments of ~ $432 over 36 months. Only available for U.S. citizens/permanent residents.

Yes! Once you successfully complete the course and all the projects, you will receive a signed certificate of completion.
