Software Engineering Bootcamp

The Software Engineering Career Track bootcamp requires you to have a background in:

• JavaScript fundamentals — the ability to write simple functions, loops, conditional statements, and declare variables

• Programmatic problem-solving skills — the ability to break down a problem into its component pieces, think through it logically, and come up with a solution

• Recommended: HTML & CSS fundamentals — the ability to build simple web pages with basic knowledge of selectors, common CSS rules and specificity

As part of the admissions process, we'll ask you to complete an online technical skills survey.

If you do not meet these criteria, we’ve got you! Springboard now offers a  Software Engineering Foundations to Core program, with no prerequisites. In this program, you’ll master basic coding languages including Javascript, HTML, and CSS — the skills you will need to demonstrate before starting the Software Engineering Career Track. There is no extra cost for this program.

There are conditions that graduates must meet in order to be eligible for the Springboard Job Guarantee. We are transparent about these because we want you to be a success.We have your back and ask for an equal commitment from you. In order to be eligible for the Springboard Job Guarantee, you must:

• Be 18 years or older

• Be proficient in spoken and written English, as determined by initial interactions with our Admissions team

• Be eligible to legally work in the United States (or Canada if applying for positions in Toronto, Montreal, or Vancouver) for at least 1 year following graduation from the program

• Be able to pass any background checks associated with jobs that you apply for

• Apply to positions, dedicate sufficient time and effort, and follow the job search process recommended to you by our career coaches

If you enroll but do not qualify for the job guarantee, you will still receive access to the full course curriculum, including career modules and 1:1 career coaching.

There are several payment options (all of which come with the Springboard Job Guarantee as long as you meet eligibility requirements), so you can fund your future however suits you best. 

• Discounted upfront payment: You pay $10,900 upfront 

• Month-to-month: You pay $1,540 per month while you are enrolled in the program. If you take 9 months to graduate, your total payment is $13,860. If you graduate sooner, you pay less!

In addition, we have two other payment options — deferred tuition and a financed tuition loan.

Yes, you can finance your tuition with a loan. If approved, you can start by paying as little as $69- $213 per month. Learn about the application process on Climb Credit's website. Only available for U.S. residents.

We also have a deferred tuition payment plan. With this payment plan, you can pay an initial upfront deposit ($700) and then not pay anything else until start a job. After starting a new job, you will make monthly payments of ~ $541 over 36 months. Only available for U.S. citizens/permanent residents.

Yes! Once you successfully complete the course and all the projects, you will receive a signed certificate of completion. 

Thousands of Springboard graduates have used their certificate to demonstrate their skills to potential employers and to their LinkedIn network. In fact, we have an integration with LinkedIn, so you can display a verified certificate on your profile.
