Technical skills are not enough to get you hired

According to hiring managers, most job seekers fail to impress on structured thinking and problem-solving.

We teach what hiring managers look for

Our data analytics curriculum goes beyond just the technical skills, to focus on areas where employers find the biggest gaps -- strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication.

Watch videos from Microsoft. Learn insights from McKinsey experts. Tackle case studies from Harvard Business School. No other data analytics bootcamp does this.

You’ll graduate with an analytical mindset. That’s an edge not just for your job search, but throughout your career.

Build industry-level projects

In addition to small projects designed to reinforce specific concepts, you’ll complete two capstone projects focused on a realistic data analytics scenario that you can show to future employers.

While working on the projects, you'll:
Choose an industry dataset
Conduct end-to-end analysis
Synthesize insights in slide deck format
Present your findings

Frequently Asked Questions
How will the Accelerate scholarships be awarded?

Springboard’s virtual programs are free or heavily discounted by the Accelerate initiative for qualified residents of the cities we partner with, who register through this site. Based on the criteria below, you may qualify for a 100% subsidy:

  • Atlanta residency: Do you live in Clayton, Coweta, DeKalb, Fulton, Heard, or Meriwether counties?
  • NYC residency: Do you live in ronx, Kings, Queens, New York, or Richmond counties?
  • For Houston Applicants: do you live in Liberty, Chambers, Brazoria, Galveston, Waller, Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, or Austin counties?
  • Financial need: Have you been unemployed for over three months? Have you accessed any of the following public benefit programs in the past two years (SNAP, WIC, EITC, Section 8 Housing Voucher, or SSI)?

We will inform you of your scholarship eligibility during the application process. If you are not deemed eligible, you will still be given the opportunity to enroll in our Data Analytics Career Track with the full refund job guarantee. And we do offer a few options for financing the tuition.

How many hours of work will it be?

The Data Analytics Career Track is a 400+ hour course. Most students complete the course in 6 months, working 15-20 hours per week.
You should expect to take the full 6 months, but can aim to complete in less time if you are: highly proficient in Python and Statistics; are ready to devote more time per week to complete the curriculum materials; and are driven and disciplined with managing your study schedule.

What does the curriculum contain and how do I know it is the best?

We work with industry experts to determine the most relevant topics in data analytics, and find the best resources on each topic (e.g. videos, tutorials, and lectures).

Note that many of the videos and resources in the curriculum are not created in-house by us. Instead, we find and curate the best resources available on the subject. Think of us as a college professor who creates a syllabus by combining the best textbook chapters, articles, papers, and projects (instead of teaching from only her own textbook).

We believe the curated curriculum is our unique strength. By standing on the shoulders of giants, we’re able to update the curriculum frequently, and always teach the latest tools and technologies.

What kind of support can I expect?

You will have support from:

  • Your mentor: A data science expert will provide weekly 1:1 guidance and accountability in a 30-minute video call at a time that works for your busy schedule.
  • Community teaching assistants: Dedicated help when you’re stuck, and detailed feedback on each project.
  • Career coaches: Your career coach will help with resume reviews, mock interviews, job search strategy etc.
  • Springboard student advisors: Our advisors will answer questions, discuss goals, and provide tips and support on any aspect of the program.
  • And finally, your classmates: You can form study groups, get feedback, and work on projects together!
